Step 3: Remove from the oven

Next, remove your keto cheesecake from your conventional oven. And if you find that the edges are stuck to the pan, be sure to run a knife around the edge; remember, do not remove your springform edge just yet. Afterward, let it cool in the pan on the counter till it reaches room temperature.

Step 4: Storing

Tips And Tricks: Cheesecake Carb Count

First and foremost, keep your mixer at medium speed the entire time; please remember that high speed will undoubtedly introduce too many air bubbles, and no one wants that to happen.

Suppose you encounter too many air bubbles when making your keto cheesecake; the best thing you can do is tap your pan on the counter. In so doing, it will indeed remove the air bubbles. Though, it is only optional. Nonetheless, it is the most effective way to get a denser result without any air pockets. Remember, it helps to release some air bubbles.

Moreover, you will know that your cheesecake is ready when the middle has almost been set. However, it should still be jiggly. Besides, your cheesecake tends to cool better on the counter than putting it inside the refrigerator overnight.

Storing Cheesecake Properly

After you have chilled your cheesecake, store it in your refrigerator. As a result, it will last for around three to five days.

At the same time, you can always freeze your chilled cheesecake in your freezer; do so on a parchment-lined baking sheet for a couple of hours till it turns solid; bear in mind that it is best to do this since it will prevent it from ever getting crush while wrapping your cheesecake.

Afterward, once it turns solid, make sure to wrap it well with plastic wrap. In addition to that, cover it with a layer of aluminum foil. After that, you may put it back into your freezer.

Another way you can do this is to freeze individual slices instead of freezing the whole cheesecake. Although similar to an entire cake, they are indeed more convenient to wrap after you froze them initially till the cheesecake turns solid.

But before you serve them to your loved ones, be sure to thaw your cheesecake inside the refrigerator overnight. Likewise, you can thaw your frozen cheesecake for approximately two to four hours on your counter. Also, before thawing, ensure to remove the aluminum foil; bear in mind that it is okay to leave the cling wrap.
