Ingredients
250gMilk full cream
60gSugar
25gButter
20gUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
2tspCornstarch
1/2tspVanilla Extract
1pinchSalt
Instructions
Weigh all the ingredients on the scale.
Sift cocoa powder and cornstarch, mix well.
Put the cocoa mixture in a pot, add the milk, and whisk.
Add the sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined.
Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes. Don't stop stirring.
Once it gets thick, turn off the heat. Stir with your heatproof spatula and let it rest.
Strain your chocolate sauce in a bowl, and let it cool at room temperature.
Get your cheesecake out of the oven, let it cool, and pour your creamy chocolate sauce on top of it. Serve and enjoy!
