Step 1

Let it cool - cool for about 4 hours before taking it into the freezer.

Step 2

First Freezing - cool and uncovered cheesecake into the freezer for one hour.

Step 3

Remove from springform pan - Wrap your pastry cardboard cheesecake base completely with aluminum foil.

Wrap it and freeze it - aluminum cardboard with two layers of kitchen plastic film.

Step 5

Freezer proper temperature - freezer’s temperature at minus 18 degrees Celsius or lower.


Cheesecake has been kept at room temperature for less than 2 hours, it is safe to refreeze, otherwise, it shouldn’t go back to the freezer.
