Chick-fil-A Secret Menu Items
Yes! They do have a secret menu. Let us tell you about the secret items you can ask for and how to do it. These are some of the secret items that are not on the regular menu.
- Blueberry cheesecake milkshake
- Strawberry peach milkshake
- Free ice dream – cream
- Root beer float
- Chicken quesadilla
- Spicy char
- Strawberry lemonade
- Buffalo chicken sandwich
- Fried chicken club
- Spicy chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit
All you need to do is ask for it and they will make it for you if they have the opportunity to do so. Certainly, we don’t want to be opportunistic, so we can ask for it and not mess with their workflow.
They have different combinations that you can pick to create your own. For example, if you ask for the blueberry cheesecake, they will blend a piece of blueberry cheesecake into a vanilla milkshake and you will just pay separately. No big deal.
Unfortunately, some places do not carry blueberry cheesecakes anymore or fresh blueberries. So if they couldn’t make it for you, let us give you the copycat recipe of this delicacy.

Secret Hacks when Making your Milkshake
Hack #1: Choosing the perfect ice cream
You need to make sure you pick the right ice cream brand for this dessert. Doing this will avoid disappointments. And if you bought ice cream that doesn’t taste like vanilla at all, what you can do is just add a few drops of vanilla extract for a better result.
These are some of the best vanilla ice cream brands we recommend you to use.
- Jeni’s Honey Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Homemade Brand Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream
- Blue Bunny Vanilla Ice Cream
- Blue Bunny Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- High Road Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Graeter’s Madagascar Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Member’s Mark Super-Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
- Breyer’s Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
I personally suggest you buy Jeni’s honey vanilla bean ice cream, which has a strong vanilla flavor and is creamier than clouds in heaven. Oh yes, believe me.
Hack #2: The perfect cream cheese substitutes
If you run out of cream cheese, don’t worry, you can use these substitutes instead. Your milkshake will still taste absolutely amazing.
Greek yogurt
This is actually a healthier option. It is full of protein and is fat-free!
Using greek yogurt in your recipes to substitute cream cheese is my favorite. Just make sure you use a thicker one, not the drinkable greek yogurt type.
All you need to do is drain your greek yogurt, using a cheesecloth and hang it in the fridge over a recipient. This will take about 1 hour to set. So, one cup of greek yogurt yields half of cup of cream cheese.
Mascarpone cheese
The perfect and easiest one. The only thing with mascarpone cheese is that it lacks tanginess. So if you’re using this as the cream cheese substitute, you must add a splash of lemon juice.
