White Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding

Firstly, make sure to look for the yellowish or ivory-colored white chocolate, this means it's real white chocolate, not fake. And with fake I mean some brand would use coconut oil or corn oil to make it creamier. So you have to be very careful when choosing your chocolate, this has to be made from cocoa butter only. In addition, you mustn't know all white chocolates are good for melting, some are only for baking purposes because of their ingredients and quality.

  • 1 instant cheesecake pudding packet -or 96g-
  • 1 1/4 cups of cold whole milk
  • 1 package of softened cream cheese -8oz-
  • 100 g of white chocolate chips for melting

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into a bowl -metal or glass-.
  • Open your instant cheesecake pudding packet and mix it with the milk.
  • Whisk the mixture for two minutes approximately, until the pudding powder dissolves, it may turn the milk into a yellowish color.
  • Let it cool in the fridge for about five minutes.
  • Soften your cream cheese at room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, melt your white chocolate in the microwave.
  • Once your chocolate is melted, pour your pudding mixture and the softened cream cheese little by little, and mix carefully with a spatula to incorporate all of the ingredients.
