Chop the mangoes into small pieces.
Blend the chopped mangoes with 3/4 cup of milk and the sugar.
Pour this mixture onto the saucepan and stir at low heat.
Meanwhile, dissolve the corn starch in a little bit of milk -1/3 cup- and mix with the mango sauce. Stir until thickens.
Let it cool, then pour your creamy mango sauce over your favorite cheesecake.
Decorate your cheesecake with chopped mangoes or whipped cream.
