Put the cocoa mixture in a pot, add the milk, and whisk.
Add the sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined.
Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes. Don't stop stirring.

Strain your chocolate sauce in a bowl, and let it cool at room temperature.
