Ingredients
  

Ingredients Needed For The Brownies:

  • 1 brownie mix package
  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp of water
  • 1/2 cup of oil -you can replace it for melted and unsalted butter for more tastiness-

Ingredients Needed For The Cheesecake Mix:

  • 300 g of Philadelphia
  • 70 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Always remember to preheat the oven before you start preparing your dish or dessert. So, start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Meanwhile, put the brownie mix in a large bowl, add the eggs, melted butter, the water, and whisk manually. Until well combined. Or just make sure you follow the brownie mix box directions.
  • Grease and line your pan with parchment paper and spray the parchment paper with nonstick baking spray. Then, add a layer of the brownie mixture, spread it out evenly. You can also add a few crushed Oreo cookies, and repeat the process a couple more times, and set them aside.
  • In the meantime, get another bowl and put the Philadelphia cheese, vanilla essence, sugar, and egg. Mix well until smooth.
  • Next, spread this layer very carefully above the brownie mixture and try to leave it as thick as the brownie layer. You can put some crushed oreo pieces on top too.
  • Bake your cheesecake brownies for about 45 minutes.
  • You can insert a toothpick into the brownie center until comes out clean, or with a few moist crumbs attached. Then, you can turn off the oven.
  • Another important fact is that the center will seem under-baked but don't worry, the brownies will continue to set as they cool.
  • Next, remove your brownies from the oven and cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Place them on a rack or proof heat base.
