Recipe #3: No-bake strawberry cheesecake recipe with condensed milk

Equipment

  • 20 cm of a loose-bottomed cake tin
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spatula
  • Whisk
  • Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 55 gr melted butter 
  • 397 gr Carnation Condensed Milk 
  • 175 gr crushed digestive biscuits
  • 3 tbsp strawberry jam 
  • 300 gr fat of soft cheese
  • 2 pcs big lemons (remember, juiced and around 60 ml or 4 tbsp)
  • 300 gr punnet fresh strawberries 

Instructions

  • First and foremost, ensure to put all the crumbs in a mixing bowl. After that, combine in the baking spread. Also, please put this in the tin. And make sure to press it down; in doing so, it makes the strawberry cheesecake's base. Remember, be sure to store in the fridge for around ten minutes.  
  • Then, you may add the condensed milk to a large mixing bowl. After that, please add the cheese. Afterward, whisk it all together. 
  • Next, stir in the lemon juice. As a result, it will undoubtedly thicken it. And be sure to pour on top of the biscuit's base. Remember to chill it for approximately two hours. However, you should not add the strawberry topping just yet. 
  • Afterward, remove your cheesecake from the tin to a plate. Then, you may slice the strawberries in half. Next, please blend it with the strawberry jam; later, spoon the jam berries onto your cheesecake. And finally, serve.
