- Rinse your pumpkin. Then cut the stem and the pumpkin in half. - Remove seeds and fibrous pulp.

MAKE YOUR OWN PUMPKIN PUREE

- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. - Place the halves with the skin facing up on a tray. - Roast the pumpkin in the oven for 1 hour.

TIPS &TRICKS

 You can also freeze some puree cubes, these would last at least 6 months in the freezer.
