– 10-12 shot cups (2 – 2.5 ounces) – Baking pan or cookie sheet – Measuring spoons and cups – Mixing bowls – Whisk – Electric or stand mixer – Spatula

STEP BY STEP

Step 1: Prepare the shot cups

Place all of the shot cups inside a baking pan or on a cookie sheet. Divide the crushed graham crackers between each cup.

Step 2: Make the cheesecake mix

In a medium mixing bowl, add the instant cheesecake pudding mix. Then, whisk in the vodka and strawberry liquor.

Step 3: Add the cream

Gently fold the cream in using a rubber or silicone spatula. Make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 4: Assemble the shots

Divide the strawberry cheesecake batter into the shot cups. Chill the shots for at least 1 hour before garnishing and serving.

TIPS &TRICKS
